1. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Your order’s total delivery time is the sum of two parts: Processing Time (preparing your order for shipment) and Shipping Time (transit from our warehouse to your address).
1.1 Processing Time
Processing times vary based on the type of item and order volume—here’s what to expect:
- Standard Items (non-personalized): Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 24 hours if placed by 11:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after this cutoff will begin processing the next business day.
- Personalized/Engraved Items: These require additional production time—please allow 5–7 business days for processing (this includes custom design checks and engraving).
- Holiday/Promotional Periods: During peak times (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, or flash sales), processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days due to higher order volume. We’ll update our website with any holiday-specific timelines in advance.
1.2 Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order is processed, shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method:
- Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.): Typically arrive within 9–15 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Transit times vary by destination country (e.g., 12–20 business days for Canada, 15–25 business days for Europe/Asia). Note that customs clearance may add 2–7 extra days, and local taxes/duties may apply (see Section 3 for details).
Important: Production and shipping delays may occur during major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, New Year’s) or due to carrier disruptions—we’ll notify you promptly if your order is affected.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer transparent, cost-effective shipping options to fit your needs:
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with a total of $69 or more (after discounts, before taxes). No promo code required.
- Standard Shipping (Under $69): Starts at $7.99, with final costs calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and item dimensions.
Note: We currently only offer Standard Shipping for international orders—expedited options (e.g., Express, Priority) may be added in the future.
3. Important Shipping Notes
To avoid delays or issues with your delivery, please review these key terms:
- Estimates vs. Guarantees: Shipping times listed above are estimates (not guarantees). Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, customs hold-ups, carrier errors, or unforeseen logistical events. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve delays as quickly as possible.
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address (including street number, apartment/unit, city, and zip code) during checkout. We cannot modify or correct addresses after an order is submitted—incorrect addresses may lead to lost, returned, or delayed packages (with additional fees for re-shipping if applicable).
- International Customs Fees: For international orders, you (the customer) are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the customs office or delivery carrier to receive your package.
4. Order Tracking
We want you to stay informed about your order’s status:
- Tracking Link: Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with a unique tracking link (and tracking number) to the email address associated with your order.
- Track Your Order Online: You can also check your delivery status anytime by visiting our [Order Tracking Page] (replace [here] with your actual tracking page URL) and entering your Order ID and the email address used to place the order.
- Late Packages: If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window (and no tracking update has been provided for 3+ days), please contact our customer support team—we’ll investigate and assist with locating your order.
5. Currency & Payments
- Pricing Currency: All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payment Currency Conversion: When you pay with a credit/debit card or digital wallet (e.g., PayPal), your payment provider (bank or card issuer) will convert the USD amount to your local currency using their current exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees (if applicable) will be determined by your provider, not LibertyCozycloth.
