Return & Refund Policy
At LibertyCozycloth, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return or refund by contacting our team within 30 business days of receipt. Please note that requests submitted after 30 business days will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unaltered (no signs of wear, damage, or modification).
- The item remains in the same condition as when it was originally delivered (e.g., no scratches, stains, or functional changes).
- The product is packaged in its original packaging (including all original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation).
- The item does not affect our ability to resell it (i.e., it is in "resalable condition").
- Valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, or order number).
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Initiate the request: First, contact our customer service team to notify us of your intent to return or exchange. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the reason for return/exchange
- Qualifying photos (showing the item’s condition, original packaging, and any issues, if applicable)
- Request review & notification: Our team will verify your request and assess eligibility. We will notify you via email whether your return/exchange request has been approved or declined.
- Complete the return (if approved): If your request is authorized, we will provide you with a new shipping address to send the item back. If your request is declined, we will explain the reason, and the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes
- Do not ship to the original address: Returns sent to the original shipping address (the one your order was delivered to) will not be processed. You must use the new address provided after your request is approved.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees associated with returning items for a refund or exchange. LibertyCozycloth will not reimburse these costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refund Processing
- Confirmation of receipt: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you if the refund is approved.
- Refund disbursement: Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Processing time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account. This timeline varies by financial institution and may take 3–5 extra business days.
- Follow up on delays: If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@LibertyCozycloth.com for assistance.
